Dominique Hardy

Dominique Hardy is an empathetic visionary who proactively designs, implements, facilitates, and directs nonprofit racial equity trainings and programs across the United States. She has worked as Director of Race & Gender, Program Manager Center for Racial Healing and carried forth many training and healing sessions with not-for-profit organizations. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a concentration in Communications and Political Science from Armstrong State University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from North Carolina Central University. Dominique continues to establish meaningful and sustainable partnerships with diverse communities and organizations. She continues to work as an advocate for people and community-building.
