Dr. Johniqua Williams

Dr. Johniqua Williams, a diversity expert with 15 years of experience, offers engaging workshops and trainings to help organizations identify hidden barriers to success caused by unconscious bias. She is passionate about equity and social justice, having served as the lead for the Office of Diversity Programs and Services at Columbus State University. Dr. Williams creates inclusive environments through recruitment, training, and activity planning. She is also a professor specializing in social justice and equity courses. In 2020, she founded Divine Inclusion, a consulting company focused on diversity and inclusion strategies, inclusive practices, and educational training for leaders.
