Essence Caleb

Essence is a school systems leader and currently serves as the Senior Director of Planning and Implementation for a network of 280 public charter schools nationwide with 15,000 educators and 175,000 students and alumni. Essence holds a certificate of strategic execution from Harvard University Business School Online and a certificate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. She also has an M.S.T in teaching Adolescence English and Special Education from Fordham University, an M.A. in English from Rutgers University, and a B. A in English from Johnson C Smith University. She recently (2022) established Caleb Consulting LLC where she provides strategic planning and management guidance to individuals and organizations.
