Marlyse Blihovde

Marlyse Blihovde is a DEI Bilingual HR Consultant who holds an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources; coupled with that is a law degree she received in Lima, Peru. Marlyse’s background is in recruitment and employee training with her focus areas around Employee Relations, Retention, Recruitment, Leadership & Management coaching, and Basic English. Marlyse is an expert in engaging front-line labor, particularly in the Hispanic community. She engages these front-line workers and sets up programs to build the employee's confidence, enhance their learning, and develop their skills within their role and she is willing to provide services to the Recipient based on this background.
