Shona Ramchandani

Shona Ramchandani, Founder and Principal of Chrysalis Consulting Collaborative, brings over 15 years of experience deepening the impact of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) efforts for educational, non-profit, and corporate organizations globally. Through Chrysalis Consulting Collaborative, LLC, Shona utilizes finely honed JEDI skills and a lifelong commitment to catalyze authentic, action-oriented, and transformative change. Specializing in coaching, workshop facilitation, and consulting, Shona empowers organizations to strategically achieve and sustain their goals, fostering genuine cultures of inclusion and belonging. With a global perspective, Shona has worked closely with diverse communities, including people with disabilities, youth, communities of color, and LGBTQ+ groups. Notable clients encompass EMILY’s List, Peloton, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MN, and others. Shona holds a Master’s in Liberal Studies with a focus on social justice advocacy and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)®.
