How To Combat Daily Distractions

Distractions are all around us and it's a daily struggle that we need to overcome. Distraction leads to procrastination and procrastination keeps you from achieving your purpose and goals. As you guys know, I am all about pushing you toward your purpose.

We need to identify all the things that lead us to be distracted - for example, checking emails, listening to other people's phone calls, social media, and being people pleasers, just to name a few -- and set boundaries and limits for each and every one of them.

We do not want to see ourselves stressed out and allow life to lead us. We are leaders. We are called to steer the wheel. We are called to be change agents and disruptors and all these great things that are going to help change the world to be better but you can't do that if you don't set limits, and boundaries, and have self-discipline.

So as we are working on this and even as I'm working on it, let's work together, and hold ourselves accountable as we push toward our purpose.
